Functions:
To support the mission of the University, IR is responsible for the following:
Data Warehousing and Analytics: Coordinates the day-to day management of the data warehouse and its related analytic tools for reporting.
External Reporting: Serves as the source for comprehensive, accurate and consistent information in response
to requests from external stakeholders. IR reports institutional data to numerous
external agencies including, CUPA (the College and University Professional Association), IPEDS (Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System), CPE (Council on Postsecondary Education), and numerous others.
Institutional Surveys: Manages dissemination of campus-wide surveys, including alumni, employees, faculty and graduating students. These include both national studies and institutional surveys requested by campus partners.
Internal Reporting and Research: Compiles, analyzes and interprets statistical data to support planning efforts by University administrators and committees.
