Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free benefit available to all full-time employees, as well as their household family members.
Through EAP, employees and their household members can confidentially address personal and workplace challenges. The program offers short-term counseling at no cost to you (up to 3 sessions per issue, with unlimited issues), including support for:
- Depression, grief, loss, and emotional well-being
- Family, marital and other relationship issues
- Life improvement and goal-setting
- Addiction such as alcohol and drug abuse
- Stress or anxiety with work or family
- Financial and legal concerns
- Identity theft and fraud resolutions
- Online will preparation and other legal documents
