Microsoft Office 365 Apps for Enterprise

No Cost Microsoft OfficeKSU is offering Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise to registered students, faculty and staff for free through their official KSU email accounts. Powered by the cloud, Microsoft 365 is accessible across all of your devices for free.

Each student can run Microsoft 365 apps on up to five separate devices on a PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android. All are available for offline and online use.

Applications for the PC include:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • OneNote
  • Access
  • Publisher
  • Outlook

Applications for the Mac include:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • OneNote
  • Outlook
 

Upon graduating from KSU, you will need to purchase a license or subscription from Microsoft to continue to use the program on your devices, or uninstall them at that time. Your documents that you created are still accessible and can be opened in other programs capable of opening those files types.
